Lip product allergy

I have had horrible reactions to lip products for over 25 years. I have developed allergies to Blistex, Chapstick, any lipstick, Neosporin (I am allergic to that), vaseline, etc, etc.  Even had a bad reaction to white zinc lip stuff.  I need to find something for when I am in the sun so that my lips don't burn.  What do you use?  I have literally tried everything.  My doctor gave me Desonide ointment to help my lips heal when it is really bad, but that is a steroid, so I can't use it more than twice a day.  I need moisture for my lips, but my larger concern is finding something to keep them from burning in the sun.  Help!!  Thanks!
