It could be Keritosis Polaris (kp). It is a hereditary disease that is caused my the overproduction of kerotine in the skin. About 40% of the popualtion (including me) have it. I have used coconut oil, just rub it all over the areas and let it soak in, and glycerin wiht rosewater, do the same as coconut oil, use lots of lotions, and anything with uric acid, and then make sure you exfoliate your skin ALOT. You cant even notice that I have mine anymore. Sun helps also, and ake a pill called Hair Skin and Nails.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi,

This could be inflammation of the hair follicles or folliculitis which is caused by follicular damage by friction from clothing, blockage of the follicle, or shaving. It presents with a rash, itching, and pimples near a hair follicle. This may occur anywhere in the body and has a tendency to recur. Hot, moist compresses may promote drainage of the affected follicles.  Folliculitis may sometimes resolve on its own. However, if it persists, have this evaluated further by your doctor for proper management.

Take care and keep us posted.
