Livedo Racemosa

I had sudden onset of Livedo racemosa on my breasts and chest. It’s now on my arms.  It’s been there for almost three months and is not regular reticularis; it doesn’t go away with warming. I had blood tests that showed elevated liver enzymes and positive ANA - specifically, AMA Reticular. I’m going to have the skin biopsied next week. I have seen a lot about racemosa in medical sites, but almost never originating on the chest/ breasts. Is this very in common? Can it be from something like Lupus or primary biliary cirrhosis? I’m so curious because I can find so little with LR on this area of the body!
