Lump on Penis

I'm a 17 year old boy and I have some small lumps on my foreskin. They're black and they not painful. They've been there for quite a while. Underneath that there is a small lump on the penis where the circumcision scar line is. Any ideas on what this is?

I havent had sex so it cant be a STD

Thanks a lot,
I am kinda worried about the lump that's there. Its not really hard but its around 1cm in length and I pretty sure that it is not growing. Its been there for quite a while. Can this be sometime of scar (I am circumsized) or blood clot? And what are the chances of it being cancer?

Hello,
From the symptoms, the other possibilities can be due to sebaceous cysts or some benign skin growths. The stickiness can be due to smegma which is normal in adolescence and if there is any red itchy rash then it can be due to some fungal infection.

I hope it helps. Take care and regards.

Thanks,
But I dont think that its fordyce spots. The lump under the bumps is kind a big. THe part where the lump is has a sort of a white line tracing around the penis. Also a little area under the shaft has a little black discoloration. Sometimes it can get sticky. Do you think it is an infection or could it be something worse?

I'm circumcised if that makes a difference.

Hello,
It can be due to Fordyce spots. The spots are a form of ectopic sebaceous gland, and are not known to be associated with any disease or illness and are of cosmetic concern only. They are non-infectious and a natural occurrence on the body.

They should be got removed only for cosmetic reasons as they are normally found on the penis. It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
