Lump on my penis.

A few weeks back I saw a small lump on my penis. Its a one off, about 7mm is size, flesh to white in colour, and is soft in general but once or twice it felt harder, like dead skin hard. The lump is about 5mm from the head of my penis when soft. It is not painful.
I am 25 and for personal reasons I havent had sex yet (all sex acts).

From everything Ive looked up I want to think it could be Molluscum Contagiosum, Genital Warts, or Lymphocele.
But I ultimately dont know.

If you have not had sex it can't be a sexually transmitted disease.  I can't see much in the picture, but you should see a doctor to get a diagnosis now before it gets bigger.  It might be an oil cyst from some sort of lube that your skin didn't like and you could have gotten an oil cyst.  Better to treat earlier than later.
