Many tiny non-itching reddish-black dots on my upper arm [with pictures]

Hey,

probably I am just panicking and sorry in advance if this is the case.

Since last week I noticed tiny reddish-to-black dots on both of my upper arms, which closely resemble little dirt spots. They are more in numbers on my left arm (~40), and they are not bumpy and appear to be under the skin.

However, it also seem like I can scratch (a few of) them away (to a certain degree). This behaviour resemble scratching away a scab/scurf.

These small dots are neither itchy, nor do they hurt, nor do they bleed. In fact, you can't feel them at all and they are only visible to the eye if you look really closely. I attached four pictures for you, if you want to have a closer look.

Moreover, if it's of relevance: Even so I am quite pale I never had any freckles on my body, and I am in my mid-20s.

Do anyone know if these spots might be dangerous?

Best wishes, and thanks,

Alex

I didn't look at the images as it's never a good idea to get a diagnosis over images- but it sounds like this is something that is making you pretty anxious- if that's the case, it doesn't hurt to get to a doctor to have them view it and get a better idea what's going on.  Good luck and let us know how you are!
