Might this be poison plant rash?

I have small, pinpoint bumps going up and down my legs and two peculiar looking (might not be the same thing) spots on my jawline. They don't itch but they are red with pointy white tips. They aren't clustered and are spread out a couple inches in between and they are pretty much only on my legs. The last time I went outside was 4 days ago I believe, but I hadn't stepped deep into a forest, only in some leaves before seeing some plants sprouting out of the ground, panicking then running away (I have a phobia of poison plants after getting a terrible rash in july). If those had been poison plants then they would only be on my shoes because I didn't touch the plants with my hands.
I do have some cats that my step mom brought in and I used to be allergic, and Im wondering if maybe my allergy came back, if it's poison ivy, a razor burn, or just a random occurence.

(The picture is a bit more yellow than in real life)
