Moist Peeling skin on hands & feet

I am 25 year old female & never really had skin issues.  I get pedicures & manicures at least 1 every two months or so, and I have never experienced this.  A couple of months ago i noticed my feet & toes started becoming really dry & started peeling.  i take showers with a pumice stone & try to get rid of it but it seems like i have to do it everyday.  Now over the last week my fingers are the same way.  It is not a flaky  dry peel but a moist peel on my fingers.  I moisturize my hands all the time so I do not know why this is happening.  If you could shed some light on this, that would be great.  Thanks

I have a 2 year old little girl that has a fungus on her toes and her feet are peeling so bad they bleed. She has A rash all over her that is truning her skin white. I had seen doctors and they give me cream and nothing is working. Her toe nails are truning black. She grabs her feet and crys, she just needs someone to help her.

zinc deficiency may be the possible cause.Suppliments in diet or as a tablet should suffice.
