Mosquito bite, turned purple.

I got a mosquito bite on the top of my foot and it was a few days ago and it turned purple, it looks like I was bleeding underneath but I'm not sure why. I scratched a bit but I've never had mosquito bite look quite like that. It's about a quarter in size, it was red then purple.

Same thing happened to me. The bite is purple and blue and doesn’t even have a distinct raised bump. It’s swollen and inflamed as well. I don’t know what the deal is.
