My hair is breaking non stop lost half my hair now

I am a 24 year old female and my hair has been coming out now for over 1.5 years i used to have quite long hair but it is now above my shoulders especially at the back with very thin bits at the front. This whole thing has been extremely stressful and upsetting for me as i don't know why this is happening so therefor cannot begin to resolve the problem i have been to my Doctors were he did numerous blood tests but everything was normal i am going to go back again this week but would appreciate any help with what i can be doing to try and help my hair regain it's strength. My hair breaks when i brush it i end up with piles of hair in my lap after brushing and they range in length from really short bits to long bits they don't seem to have roots i just think soon i will have no hair left as it's falling out at an alarming rate as i have to brush my hair at least twice a day. I have not used a hairdryer since 2010 so i always let it dry naturally and i only use straigteners if i'm going out at the weekend i have tried numerous shampos and conditioners with no luck. Any Comments much appreciated.

Hello,
Suntanning whether natural or by using suntanning products is always dangerous and you should avoid suntanning because it is always associated with a risk of skincancer. Hence my advice would be to avoid suntanning to avoid any risk of skin cancer as well.

Hello,
Causes of hair fall   could be like   nutrients and proteins deficiency in the hair cells, emotional or physical stress, hormonal imbalances, dandruff, and serious illness like a tumors, infectious disease and Alopecia areata. If there is underlying disease or nutritional deficiency .Give your diet an overhaul if you're lacking vital nutrients for growth and switch to foods for healthy hair. If it's related to an illness, it can be reversed by effectively treating the underlying cause.
