My palms of my hands and bottom of my feet get wrinkling very fast

I'm a Female 15 years old..
from about two years my palms of my hands and bottom of my feet get wrinkling very fast from water , Just for a minute maybe that  I put my hands in water they start getting wrinkle .. Even if I touch something wet like cold bottle of water.

And if I spend about 15 minute in the shower they get very wrinkling .. and sometimes i feel like my palms of my hand very taut
it's also  hurt sometimes ..

note:my palms of my hands get wrinkling faster than my bottom of my feet & my feet doesn't always get wrinkling


So may know why this started to happen to me? and what is the solution for it ?

I've start using Seba-med baby lotion about a month ago and my skin get really good like before. It really helps to make my skin as before so no more wrinkling after bath

If a person keeps his hands or feet in water for a long time washes away the sebum. Sebum moistens, lubricates and protects the skin. Water can penetrate the outer layer of the skin. This can cause water clogging of the hands and feet. Make sure that you take plenty of fluids. It may be that your skin is lacking moisture. If the symptoms are severe it is best to consult a dermatologist. I do hope it helps.
