Need help identifying rash and possible causes. Explanation and pictures included.

I think it might be related to yard work.  There were a ton of vines and weeds that I was removing from my yard..  A few days later or so I notice some irritation and rash forming.  I can't even remember when I did this yard work exactly.. maybe it was a couple weeks ago.. I'm not sure, but the rash has progressively gotten worse.. Each day id feel itchy in a new spot.. The only thing i remember from that day is that I had like a scrape or something on my arm and it felt a little raised.. that part now looks the worst and really got infected or something.. The rash is very itchy, it's raised, now today its all swollen.. some look like pimples and lines, and raised hive type formations.. I have them mostly on the underside of my right forearm, and some also on the underside of the left.. I was wearing a tank top that day..  i have some on like my side.. top of shoulder, maybe even a little on the ankle area.. the worst place is on my arms and the right arm specifically..  That spot i had the scratch it almost now looks like that lyme disease bulls eye.. but I don't think lyme disease spreads all over like this in an itchy rash..

Have you put anything on the rash to try to treat it?  It looks like a reaction of some type- since it's still spreading, I'd recommend getting into the doctor to have them take a look.  In the mean time, you can try some Benadryl cream or Cortizone cream on it to see if that helps relive the itch.

my doctor has been out.. so i went into an urgent care place.. they say they have people in there who work in the ER etc.. and it had good ratings on google.. She said she doesn't think its lyme disease and thinks its related to some kind of poison ivy etc.   She gave me hydro cortisone cream 2.5 but recommended the oral version.. I have that as well just in case.. and she gave me cephalexin 500mg.  antibiotic to help with any infections.. I hope this is enough to cure it, and that its not something more sinister.
How's the rash now?
