Need opinions

My guyfriend and only partner whom I have been with for 5 years now believes that he saw bruising on my anal area and butt area when he and I went to be intimate on Monday, May 6th. He told me he saw a bruise of the shape of a “****” and that my anus was dilated and that he could see bruising and tears in my anus. He took a picture of it and I don’t see what he is seeing. I went to a doctor appointment and the doctor said it looks completely normal even on the photo and that what my guyfriend thinks look like a bruise the shape of a penis is just skin discoloration but I am looking for more opinions because my guyfriend still will not believe me even after the doctor said she sees no sign of previous injury or force or bruising or tears. Just would like another chance professionals expertise. Thank you.
