Nodular Melanoma or BCC?

Hello, I am a 21 year old male who has over 100 moles on my body. Most of them are small but some are a little bigger. They haven't changed recently but have over the past couple of years. My main concern right now is the fact that I grew a spot on my upper neck towards my trapezius muscles. When it first appeared on my skin I thought it was a pimple because it was elevated and looked like it had liquid inside. After about a week though I poked at it because I wanted to see if pus would come out like a pimple would, but only blood came out. Then, another week went by and it scabbed over and looked irritated around the edges. the scab was more of a brownish color and not the color of my skin. I have fair skin by the way. The scab seemed to heal as the color of the spot is now a pinkish color but looks almost shiny. The spot now looks almost like a flower as the edges are like the tips of a flower with the center slightly pushed down. It is elevated still but not as much as when the pimple was first there. It itches sometimes and even more when I scratch it. I never had this spot before and it suddenly appeared out of nowhere. I'm worried that it could possibly be an amelanotic melanoma given all the characteristics. What could this be? Should I be worried about this since I'm 21 and have never had one of these before? Would a melanoma heal after a scab has fallen off or not? I'm so worried that this is what it could be because it itches and sometimes it is painful. I also have long hair so maybe this could be irritating it even more!

There is a big list of possible causes for something like this, but if it's painful and itching- I'd recommend getting to the doctor to have it checked out as a precaution.

its mostly around the area of the lesion, but the pain seems to radiate around my back? I'll definitely get it checked out but as for the itching, it seems to itch more when I scratch at it. Is Amelanotic Melanoma common on the upper back as well?
