One large blister on my penis shaft base near pubic hair?

I have had unprotected sex before but not many times. I had unprotected sex about a month ago with a girl i trust doesnt have any type of STD. Then the following week multple nights a week i would have intense and long dry humping encounters with girls. After about a week from me having unprotected sex and the night after a very long and steamy dry hump with clothes on I woke up and had two bumps on penis. The first one i popped and it went away after a day or two. The second one i popped and on large blister formed, then it scabbed over, and now the sore is more like a rug burn. The sore never hurt, itched, had any painful urination, or anything just was uncomfortable to have. After having it for about a 1.5 weeks it went away and it is completely fine. I have had no flu or fever symptoms, muscle aches, or fatigue. The blister formed where the heair is on the penis shaft near the base. I assume it was just a friction burn or something from many dry hnping sessions and I alsp never masturbate with any lubricant which may play a factor. I live in a college house that isnt very clean and my hygiene isn't very good either with may affect what ahppened as well. When the blister did form though there were a couple tiny clear and puss filled pimples around the blister that i could pop and clear fluid would come, they werent painful and lasted a day or two. Could please someone explain what this could be. I am woried it is heroes or syphallis. I currenlty dont have any rashes or sympotms of anything else. Im hoping it is just a frictional rash or heat burn that might of gotten infected due to my poor living conditions and poor hygiene. Any help or isight would be great.

I'm also hoping it could be folliculitis or maybe a fungal infection
