Paget's disease

I recently had a mole removed and was tested for cancer.  It was located on my neck.  The results came back with Paget's disease.  I have been looking all over for answers but all I can find is that it is a bone disease or a breast cancer.  My question is why would it be on my neck and if that is even possible.  I can find nothing on the disease since it is so rare.  What are the statistics for this cancer, mortality rate, treatment, and causes? My doctor is a military physician and will not tell me anything about it.  He said it was just a bone disease. I have to wait 2 more weeks to get anything out of him. Please help.

HELLO HOW ARE YOU DOING NOW?
i just thought i would drop a note as we seem to be both struggling with similar problems. i ended up  in hospital because i have had fluid (sticky and stinky) leaaking from my ears. no one seems to know why , checked out infection but there isn't one. then on friday i actually had it leaking from my eyes.
i know i am not a doctor but it doesn't take rocket science that if indeed it is spinal fluid then my brain has too much room to move around which would make long trips torture especially on bumpy roads. between this and stress i seem to have "madness" spells that really freak me out....almost like alzheimers but at least these pass.
my husban and i go to see the dr. this afternoon so hopefully i have answers....so far just questions.
pllease try to hold tight and wwe can get through this together.

take care

hii
i have been searching a bit as paget's is suspiciously alike in symptoms from what i have.even my brother's ct scan came back with"moth-eaten" appearance of his skull.
altghou i at this time am not dx'd (i'll let you know if i do), all i can say is that it starts as bone cells that die and are replaced by weakened ones. this can cause alot of pane and alll sorts of strange symptoms. i actually had never heard of it being a breasst cancer until i saaww it here, as i google paget's skull. so you could google paget's neck/spine. hopefully we can talk aagain soon.
mixedblessings.
