Pale skin under bottom lip

Hi,

For around 6 months now, I've noticed the skin under my bottom lip is paler than the rest of my face. I have red hair so I obviously have quite pale skin, but when my face gets a bit of colour, the area beneath my lips stays white. Could this be vitiligo? I don't think it has changed in the past 6 months as far as I'm aware...

It follows the entire contour of my bottom lip and goes down about 1cm from the bottom of my bottom lip.
