Peeling Palms!

I have a strange condition I've had for a few years now and I would love to know what it is and if it can be fixed. The undersides (palms) of my hands and even fingers peel all the time. The worst part is that my palm and thumb on my left hand grow thick skin that yellows and the peeling starts again. You can see in the photo the parts that are red and peeled and the yellow part that is thick and will soon start lifting until I have this rough uneven skin on my palm and I eventually peel off the rest of it. It's mystifying. It just started happening for no reason that I could connect to it. My right palm is much better, only having a small area in the center of the palm (where the left one started) that will occasionally get thick and yellow and start peeling.

I have had this problem for years on my palms and fingers it itches it's red, the skin becomes thick and yellow then it cracks and peels, i have spent hundreds of dollars on doctors, pills, creams, ointments, with no results, then two wees ago i had a bad reaction and was taken to the emergency room, where i was given benadryl, i noticed my hands looked a little better so i kept taking it, and it is clearing my hands up!!! the redness itching has really improved, and in a bout another week it should be gone, won't hurt to try it!! it worked for me!!!!!! good luck!!!
