Peeling finger tips and toes

I am a 21 year old female who is currently studing to be a dental hygenist.  In school while we tend to our patients we have to were gloves and closed toed shoes and long white socks.  Recently I have began to notice that my fingers were begining to peel around the nail after about 1 week my toes began to do the same though more severe.   I have been in this program for almost 2years now and this is the first time this has happened to me.  Can someone pleaase help?

I do not see any thing to worry here. This could be a mild pompholyx(relating to sweat glands). Glycerine containing cremes should help.A course of Bcomplex with zinc is very helpful.
Best wishes.
