penedrol substance from hedrin once

hi has anyone ever had irritated skin from hedrin once?
Hedrin once is a spray for lice. I used the spray almost 2 weeks ago or so for lice and then i developed irritated fingers.
Skin peeling off and a small of a burning sensation that as the days pass i think its getting better. I read on the package that the spray has some side effects : Skin irritation.
Flaking of the scalp.
Itching or irritation around the eyes.
also the spray has another substance which is called Dimeticone and on the nhs website it states that the side effects also are : skin irritation
1) Has anyone experienced that before?
2) skin irritation = peeling of the skin? is that a skin irritation?
Any help would be great!!!
Hope to get some answers.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
It can be due to contact dermatitis or pompholyx.
Pompholyx primarily involves the hands and fingers and then may involve the feet. The first stage is acute and presents as itchy blisters on the hands, fingers and toes. Then the chronic stage shows more peeling, cracking, or crusting. Then the skin heals up, or the blistering may start again. The exact cause is not known and excessive sweating can be one of the reasons.
The exact cause is not known and excessive sweating can be one of the reasons. But some triggers like allergic reaction to soaps, detergents, foods, latex, nickel etc may trigger the symptoms. Apply some calamine lotion on the affected area and keep the area well moisturized. Use only thin applications of moisturizer ointments as excessive amounts of ointment may restrict breathing of the skin and aggravate the condition.

Topical steroids can be applied but they are available under prescription. Moreover to prevent infection, topical antibiotics may be needed. I suggest you to consult a dermatologist and get it evaluated.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.

Thank you for the information Dr
The condition is much better now. there is been isolated only in one of my fingers. I have notice that now that summer is leaving us and the temperature has been decreased my fingers are getting better. I am using vaseline and nivea cream as i have stopped the use of the steroid cream.
This is not an HIV rush right? cause i was reading online that peeling of skin is related to HIV. Does the picture suggest an HIV rash?
