Fyi - The groin area for me is usually a moist environment.

I to have a similer problem. the tip of my penis is red a irritated and sometimes the scrodom is itchy. This problem has been with me for about a year now and just will not go away. It is mainly red around the tip of my penis but after ejaculation or urination is more irritated. I've been to the doctor and checked for STD's and I have none. The doctor said that the pee hole has a flap of skin covering a little bit of the opening and it is making it build pressure and that is what is making it irritated. The doctor precribed me some cream first which did nothing then on a later visit he precribed me some pills which turned my urin blue, this also did nothing.

I've tryed waiting it out and washing my penis twice a day but nothing has worked. I know this is not a figment of my imagination.

The pain is sometimes present all day and some days you can't even feel anything but when i look at my penis the tip is still red just not as red as it is when it hurts more. This is why i've tried waiting it out cause it seems to be getting better but then it will just start hurting again and the redness will come back. I've went months without masturbation or sex but it just will not go away.

Also my genital aera is not a moist enviroment I wash everyday and even take a shower after working out. I allow time for everything to dry before I put my clothes on but nothing seems to help.

Please help!!!

I have the same problem.  Its been 2.5 months and the head of my penis is red and irritated.  It burns all the time, and gets worse when I am active and walking around a lot.  I've been to 3 doctors and they all give me creams that don't work at all.

   We need some help here!

Sorry, but when I paste those URL's in, I get, "Sorry but the page you requested was not found."

Your description actually sounds like nothing at all.  You seem to be looking way too hard at the penis and noting all kinds of bumps are color variations that are meaningless.  No creams will make redness go away, if that's the color the skin is supposed to be.

The various "skin issues" you say you're prone to have nothing to do with each other, and getting one or more means absolutely nothing about getting something else.

Please consult as many doctors as you need to convince yourself that the things you're looking at (and feeling sensations from because you're thinking about them) are unimportant and should be ignored.

And oh yes, please avoid unprotected sex.

Thanks.
