Please help. parasitic activity in skin tissue

It started out with a bump that emerged from my chin like a pimple and now is many bumps in the area and spread throughout my mouth. There are also black, red & white "strings"  which keep growing after removed (as seen through a microscope 120x). It seems to have a biofilm which continually thickens


I swallowed foul water in Mexico and became violently ill approx 6 weeks before the eruption.

Any help, insight, questions or guidance would be greatly appreciated.
