Possibly penile psoriasis?

In the last two weeks I've started devolping small smooth red patches on the top of my penis. They are smooth, mildy raised, and shiny. They itch sometimes and are usually mildly irritated after showering. I have no history of STD's, both me and my partner are clean to my knowledge. I did a cursory internet search, and my running theory is penile psoriasis and have been using cortizon-10 on it every 12 hours or so for the past two days, and it seemed to help a bit, but as soon as I showered, it got all itchy and irritated again.
