Prevent Aging?

What vitamins can I take to prevent aging? Exclusively the face and neck areas. If there is not a vitamin, can herbs help and what kind? Any Natural Preventions?

take collogen; our skin looses collogen as we age.

vitamin B5, pantothenic acid, has the ability to stop, or even reverse, hair colour.  i take it daily; my red hair is staying red, but the brush is full of white ones.  i think that a good thing, maybe.  black hair B5 works quickly.  pantene shampoo has B5 in it.

Apply skin cream containing vitamin E. Additionally, nothing helps my face appear better than clear 100% aloe vera. I apply it to my face, let it dry, and then when I apply my foundation, I mix a small amount of it in. I've tried vitamin C cream before and found it to be beneficial. Thanks

Facelift surgery is the best solution of anti-ageing. It help in restoring a more youthful and rested appearance to their face, thereby helping them in ageing more gracefully with the passage of time.

Well you can't stop aging, but you can look younger and more attractive. My best bet is BioSil.

Take L-arginine, for one.  It improves circulation.  Do not take if you are taking blood thinners.

If you smoke, there is nothing that can overcome that oxygen robber, so make sure you quit if you do.

Use vitamin E cream on your skin.  Also, clear 100% aloe vera makes my face look better than anything.  I put it on my face, let it dry, and then mix a little into my foundation when I put that on.  I have also used vitamin C cream and thought it was helpful.
