Sudden tiny red bumps stomach, butt, back, inner elbow. Not itchy

A few days ago I woke up with high density tiny red bumps all over my stomach up to my armpits, butt, back, and inner elbow. No other symptoms and no pain/itching. No changes in diet I can think of and the only thing I can think worth mentioning is I had been sleeping poorly for the past few days (2-4 hours) and sleeping in merino wool base layers (hot). I was/am concerned after seeing rash as an uncommon symptom of COVID-19 and one article stating "chicken pox like" bumps on the trunk.

Thoughts?
