Random hickey-like spots on skin

Hi, I was wondering if anyone could help me understand what these spots are and why they occur. Couple of days ago I discovered spots on my lower back, then a day or two later some red spots appeared on my leg. And before these, hickey-like  spots appeared on my ear lobe. They always stay for a couple of days then disappear so I thought nothing of it, but now I think this is starting to spread maybe. Any idea?

Thank you for answering, about a week ago my spots disappeared. But I don't worry about it because I've had them since I was a kid, and they do not hurt at all. I'm more curious as to what is causing it.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
For such symptoms hives should be ruled out. You can apply an anti-itch cream or lotion to the affected area. Oral antihistamine, such as Benadryl can also be used. You should take a comfortably cool bath and wear smooth-textured cotton clothing. Also apply calamine lotion and take oral steroids for the same.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
