Rash on parts of my body

I have some rashes on my body and I'm not sure if their the name or not.

The first is an on and off rash. It started inbetween my left shoulder and neck. That part is not gone but it went to my thighs, angels bottom belly, and armpits. It came after I had some problems sleeping several months ago, which went away. It's not bad if I ignore it but if I scratch it might act up. After some time it goes away and will come later. I'm not sure if it's because of weather, stress, or anything else. My mom thinks it might be eczema. I've tried some cream which eases it but doesn't make it go away.

The second is the most annoying and embarrassing. It's on my Scutum. Not under it or by it, on it. Because the skin there is more sensitive it's more annoying. It came after the part on my shoulder but before the other parts on my body. Unlike the other two it doesn't go away. It won't be bad if I ignore it but if it does act up it's hard not to scratch. It's sort of scaly and rough. If I scratch it might have some dead skin come off. It's mostly on my left side while my right side is okay. Unlike the rash on my body the cream doesn't work as well. It does ease it up but it's still always there. I've never had sex but have masturbated. There have been lifes where I wore the same boxers two days in a row.

It should be noted I have also gotten athletes foot before.

I would try some jock itch cream- that should clear it up, and you can get it at your local drug store.  If that doesn't help, it's probably worth a trip to the doctor to have them check it out.

For the rash on your shoulder and neck, etc- what types of cream are you using that seems to help?  Have you tried switching up your laundry detergent?  You may want to make sure anything you apply is fragrance free.  If it is eczema- it will take some time and care to clear up.  You may want to keep a journal of what you are eating, putting on your skin, etc and note how your rash reacts to see if you can pin point any triggers.

I've used a few of the well known creams such as Cortizone, I've used Exederm, which as worked well. I've also used permethrin cream once. It worked well most places, but didn't have much effect in the jock area. My work I usually bring baloney sandwiches, carrots or apple sauce, chips, and a Little Debbie snack or cookies. I've had all of these for years with no problem. The rash occurred when I lived in the Ozarks. Now I live closer to St Louis area.  While it is on and off it started in early 2017
