Rash or Acne?

Hi,

About 2-3 months ago I developed a rash on my face. It is on the right side of my face near my mouth. It is 2 bumps close together and the surrounding skin is red. When I press on one bump it is very painful. I know there must be some impurity in the pore. I have tried bacitracin, Apple Cider Vinegar, Colloidal Silver, (I apologize if that is the wrong spelling). I popped the painful bump yesterday all it did was bleed and it soon turned purple. This morning I woke up and it is purple and looks like it formed a scab. I am going to try Neosporin tonight. Does anyone know what this may be? Please advise.

if tis itchy it is hives, painful it could be early pimple,cyst, or infection setting in. pictures tells alot more than words

does blanching occur, when you press on the bump does it become white?
is itchy, or have a rash?
