Rashes with small circular bump in the middle

These rashes started on my arms only after having weird abdominal dull pain that comes and goes. The abdominal pain has now subsided and I do not feel it anymore but the rashes are still here. So yeah, these rashes:
- have small circular bump in the middle
- some of the rashes itches
- these rashes typically appear on my inner forearms, hands, body (front and back), neck and face

I have seen a doctor who took my blood test and it was normal. She prescribed me antihistamine (zyrtec) which definitely did help with the rashes. However, now that the rashes were gone, I started having weird red spots with lighter area around them on my hands, inner arm, thighs, body, palms and my soles. They do not itch and more of these appears when I feel cold. Whenever I am under the sun, these red spots tend to disappear or decrease in numbers significantly but some are still present.

So I was wondering, what could they actually be?
