Red, Itchy, Dry, Pimply facial rash

Hi, a few days ago I used a mud mask that my aunt gave me... it burned alot so i immediately washed it off. Then the next day I developed some rough dry patches on my face that I could feel, but were not yet visible. Then 2 days later my skin began to peel slightly. The next day I developed a rash on the lower parts of my cheeks and on my chin. I then went mudding and flipped my 4 wheeler so my face was exposed to the muddy water. The day after that the rash turned into a bunch of small pimples which seemed like the rash was infected. Since then it became itchy (which I hope that means its healing) and I took benadryl and I have been washing my face with ivory soap to dry it out, then I moisturize with olay regenerist.  It has also moved slightly onto my neck. If anyone knows what this may be or has any ideas please let me know!! Thanks. :)
I also included a pic, and it has cleared up a little since i took the benadryl.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
From the symptoms it looks like irritant contact dermatitis and folliculitis. Avoid using any lotions and creams over the face for the meantime. Wash your face with a mild cleanser with moisturizing properties like Cetaphil. Pat your face dry. Then apply a good hypoallergenic moisturizer over the area and see if this improves. If the symptoms still persist then you can apply mild steroid like dermacort. Also take antihistaminic like Benadryl for your symptoms.

If the irritation persists then please get it evaluated from a dermatologist. I hope it helps. Take care and please do keep us posted on how you are doing.
