Red Bumps and itching all over body

I have been TORTURED for the past month with this rash. This rash developed around my neck area, with only looking like Flea bites, that itched but not to severe, after a few days, maybe a week it started to spread down my back to the point now which I am covered, the itching has left me being up all night itching to the point I can not sleep. They start as looking like flea bites, to meshing together, where my back looks like sand paper and completly red. it has now spread down my legs and on to the tops of my feet. I do not have it in my genital area or on my face, but some of the bumps that no longer have itching, seem to look like I have scared, now looking like white bumps that have no symptoms, I have seen four doctors and all four of the Doctors said literally" I have them stuptmed and they have no clue what is wrong with me". I have taken Benadryl and used all creams and nothing helps.they guessed Scabies, but all the other doctors agreed it is not that.  They all have guessed an allergic reaction, but I have changed all my soaps, have not eaten any fish, besides oysters. I am confused and in utter discomfort, I need your help!!!

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi

This rash is generalized . This rash manifests with whitish bumps ? Is there any redness or  scaling? Is the rash elevated or is it flat?

For how long do you have the rash?

I suggest you have this assessed by a rheumatologist also. A rash may be a manifestation of autoimmune disorders .This may have to be ruled out after infectious causes have been excluded. Have you been assessed along this line. Blood tests for Lyme disease, Parvovirus infections, may be done if these tests are available.

What other symptoms do you have?

Any joint pains and flulike symptoms?
