Red bumps on thighs and calves

Hello everyone, I have tiny red bumps all over my legs, see the picture for what they look like. They aren't itchy, and they aren't from shaving because I assumed they were so I stopped shaving my legs for two weeks, but they continued to be there. I also have dry, slightly darker colored patches on the behind of my inner ankles, I have no idea of that correlates with my red bumps, but I've been concerned about those too. None of these itch, and I dont have any allergies I'm profoundly aware of. We haven't switched detergent recently.
