Red bumps that dont hurt or itch

It has been at least 3 days before having a few red bumps on my foot, later on, they started appearing almost everywhere, mainly on that foot and a bit behind my left arm. I've become so paranoid that I have become itchy. I can't even lay on my bed cause I also feel things crawling or biting me constantly. Moreover,
There has been like these tiny beetles appearing a lot around inside the apartment I live in, there has also been this bee looking bug that was on my back while I was laying down, I dont think it was a bee, but it looked like one a bit, the wings and body movement were quite similar. If anyone knows about this or can help, please do, thank you.

Have you called an exterminator to take a look at the bugs?  If you can- trap one of the bugs that you are seeing appear all the sudden- the exterminator can identify the pest and let you know if it's the cause of the bumps or if it's unrelated- they can also give you an estimate on addressing the issue.  If the bugs don't seem to be the problem, head into your doctor to have them take a look and assist you in getting some relief.
