Red flat mark on face that won't face

Here are some pictures: https://postimg.cc/gallery/XntSMMq

I've had it for maybe a month or two? It doesn't itch, hurt, or feel any different than the skin around it. If I closed my eyes, I couldn't identify where it is just by feel. Originally I thought it might have been a mark from a pore strip or something, but it's not faded at all and appears the same since the day I got it. Any suggestions on what it is and how to get rid of it? It's pretty noticeable and is probably about 5-6mm in size.

Hello and welcome to the forum. Thank you for this question.  It is best if you see your doctor and you could possibly contact one now and have a virtual appointment or telemedical appointment. This doesn't itch at all, correct?  So it is left over.  Sometimes things on our face do linger in this way and it is just the healing process.  https://www.medicalnewstoday.com/articles/322599#causes  This article has some other ideas to look into.  If your doctor gives you the okay, some use vitamin E on a facial red mark and sometimes lemon juice and a doctor would have many alternatives to help you with this.
