Red,itchy end of foreskin

I always use protection during sex and haven't changed any shower gels or anything.

I have started a relationship with someone and foolishly , we have yet to be both sexually tested. we started having unprotected sex about 3 weeks ago. yesterday the end of my penis is red and itchy and I'm not sure why.it has one or two very small cut like ridges in it. this has never happened before.

any information would be good, cheers

Does she have an IUD inserted? This could cause small cuts...and of course the other symptoms.

If she has a yeast infection this could also cause the other symptoms...but not the cut like ridges.
