Red itchy spots all over my body

I have spots all over my body.. Mainly around my stomach, chest and back. I have some on my upper arm and upper legs and i think i have 1 on my knuckle! What the hell is it! The only thing i can think of is when i was cooking the other week i pricked myself with the stalk of the eggplant.. am i turning in to a super hero eggplant man?

I'm not allergic to anything and never have been ever. I'm from Australia and I've been traveling for 1 year now.. been to Lebanon then UK now I'm in Belgium for the past 8 weeks. I was sick 8 weeks ago (brought it here from the UK.. it was a chest infection from smoking cigarettes) There is a cat that lives here that is an out door cat.. my theory is that he has brought in some parasite and it's bitten me. You see it's an outdoor cat but not a out door on the grass or street.. we live on the top floor and it goes on the roof and i see bird **** and moss and black **** out where the cat walks.. maybe its from that??

It's taking forever to see a doctor here in Belgium please help me out
