Red/silver raised rash, all over my body. They do not itch.

Now that I have them EVERYWHERE, including my face (cheeks, above my lips and eyebrows, chin and on my scalp which is causing hair loss.  Now I have this on my knuckles and wrists, elbows (inside and outside) and ankles.  In these areas my joints are swollen and red, not painful.  Maybe a fungus?  I will see a dermatologist as soon as I can.  I don't think it's Tinea Versacolor.  Too widespread and raised.  Any thoughts?

Do you have a fever, or just the rash and red joints?
