Risk of keloid forming from piercing

So I have one keloid on each knee from injuries. Not super crazy injuries. One is from my knee getting visciously scratched against a tree. It was a pretty deep cut and the other I don't remember what from. I've also had injuries to the caliber to that of the tree injury, but didn't form keloids. I also have had one ear pierced for 4 years, but didn't form a keloid and the other has been pierced for 6 months and hasn't formed a keloid either. What're the risk of me forming a keloid from a nose piercing? Considering I keep it very clean and sanitary once I get it. Would getting it be a bad decision?
