This is very similar to what I have going on as well. I went to the dermatologist and he said he wasnt sure but thought it was Pearly Penile Papuels. They are normally around the crown of the head of the penis but can be directly on them sometimes. Im going back in 3 weeks for him to look again, how long have you had these? I just recently noticed mine. Its on the top of my penis head, not where the urethral opening is, but towards the shaft. I would definitely like some others opinions and expertise on this.
