Sand soft tissue?

Is there a condition that will turn yoir soft tissue into sand consistency? Facial layer under skin a granule texture...looks like sand except it melts. Facial skin is unusually fragile and can pull on it and it will pull off like thread or yarn. When sand is removed pain down arm , lower back and ear. Anyone know of anything?

I'm trying to understand what is going on. You have little bumps that you can rub or scratch off that go from face down to the arm and is painful? I'm wondering about shingles. https://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-conditions/shingles/symptoms-causes/syc-20353054

No....so my cheek for example is skin, pocket, skin. I literally have pockets full of brown/red sand-like granules instead of cheek flesh. And this happened virtually overnight. Exterior is semi dry. My skin has been super thick lately...all of a sudden its like velvet so i went to pop a black head and it tore and its full of granules that dissolve when they hit my hand.
When i remove granules from cheek: arm and ear start throbbing. Both super sore and hurtful
I'm still thinking perhaps it is a shingles rash. You need to see a doctor. Is that possible?
