Seb Keratosis or BCC?

I've had a rough patch on my hairline  that my derm has pftttt'd for over a year.  Last night I noticed I was picking at something while watching t.v. and freaked out.  It was red from the picking, but sort of feels like a seborrhea keratosis (I have a bunch of age spots) but feels larger than it looks.  I'm positive it wasn't that size a few days ago.  I'm terrified it's cancer.  I've had one or two AK's removed but they were on top of my head at the part and I've had some SK's burned off. I've also had one severely dysplastic nevus surgically removed from my butt cheek!

How quickly does BCC or SCC grow? My derm is only in this office 2 days a week and he's hours away the rest of the time.  I can't see him for a long time but can see his P/A (whom I don't care for) next week.   I have extreme health anxiety PTSD after colon cancer then a liver met.

Possibly an infected Seborrheic keratosis. Do consult your doc.
