Shaft of Penis Problem

I have 3 quick questions. First, for a while now I have had a small "crater" like indentation on the foreskin of my penis, located directly below the head of the penis (the side that I would naturally be looking at if looking down). The crater does not hurt, itch, or discharge, but I have been becoming nervous about it because I have noticed it a while ago and have continued to look at it for months and months. Is this normal, or something that is usually a cause for concern? Secondly, there now appears to be (unrelated) a small red patch on the foreskin very close to the crater. It has a slight itch to it every once in a while. Is this just a simple irritation? Lastly, for as long as I can remember, I am 22, I have had a small, raised, brown "wart" like growth on my penis shaft. It has never grown in size or caused me any discomfort. Is this a normal growth as well or something to be cocnerned about? I have only had sexual relations with one person who I have been in a relationship with for 2 1/2 years. Thank you very much for your input.

My son is three years old and I have recently noticed that he has two whites lumps on his penis, about 3mm x 5mm. These lumps are moveable over the top of the penis the doctor said they were cysts. What are cysts and is there anything to worry about? And it this common?

None of these sound significant.  The crater and the "wart" are most likely normal anatomical variants that belong there and should stay.  The small red patch is either mild irritation or nothing at all.  Check with a doctor next time you go.

Take care.
