Should i worry about a very small lump under skin above lip?
Its above my lip and below my nose in that dip, its very small and not visable unless i stretch my skin back, it becomes a small white dot. It arrived about the same time as another strange red spot thing, which is right next to it above my lip. Should i be worried?

Is it painful? It doesn't sound like anything I would worry about- unless you are having pain, it's growing/changing, or something along those lines is happening.

Its a bit painful if i touch it, like a bruise. The skin has also gone darker and pinkish. I think it may have grown a little but it might be my imagination.
I have also been touching it quite a bit subconsciously, which im trying to stop so this may have made it pink?
