Skin Irritation on Fingers

I have this skin irritation on two to three fingers that seems to come and go. Appears to almost look like burn blisters or hives and sometimes even oozes water or liquid. It itches badly as well.

It seems to come and go but came back yesterday and is really irritating this time.

Not sure how to post a picture here but I have a photo of it to post if I can.

A dermatologist I went to thought or said it was psoriasis but I do not think that is the case.

Looking for some other opinions if possible.

Thanks in advance

Agree with Maatson!  I find that if I use antibiotic soap and don't REALLY rinse it off, I get the itchy blisters.
