Hundreds Of Tiny Bumps Around My Nose & Cheek Bone Areas

I have have many, many tiny little bumps on both my cheek bones and my nose just under my eyes.

I want to know what exactly these things are.

There seem to be about a hundred or more of them.
They do not hurt.
They do not feel hard.
I've had them for about 14 years now.

They are not pimples.
They are not milia.
They are not blackheads.
They are not whiteheads ( or I assume not since all my white heads go away and, or pop )

I will attach a picture of them. Note: My skin is not normally as oily as it seems, I just applied moisturizer and the flash from the camera makes my face seem really oily.

I am sorry for the multiple, threads! I do not know how to delete them :(

'Milia' would be my second diagnosis.

Haha, yeah! You're right... I shouldn't expect a lot from photo-diagnosing.

For the record, what would be a secondary choice of diagnosis that you'd pick based on my information?

That is why I said photo-diagnosis. A clinical diagnosis is done with inspection, palpation and examination of the uninvolved skin before a conclusion. Special tests like dermoscopy may be needed.
Forums help you sometimes and many times tend to confuse you.
Cheers!

I'm not trying to say you're wrong, but why do you believe it's Multiple Syringomas? (I'm asking because I've received several different type of diagnosis and whenever I ask why they believe its that, they say " I don't know, it just seems like it)
