Skin discoloration?? Dont think its std...

I was shaving when i suddenly noticed that the skin around my crotch was slightly discolored? i havent done anything like waxing or chemical treatment, infact i tend to ignore it down there in terms of hair removal during the wintertime. and i havent been tanning at all.
it doesnt itch or feel any different from the skin around it at all. And i havent had sex in over two years. Im completely confused as to what this might be!! please help.

Can you tell me which part that is discolored?

the discoloration isnt lighter its pinkish and darker. And like... none of that area has been exposed to the sun its not like a tan or anything..

I think if you have lighter spots in ur skin it means it didn't get to sun exposure because it was covered by your hair or beard . But I think u don't have skin problems
