Skin peeling off from head

hi! Im 15! Um i have this issues with the skin that keeps peeling of my head! It itches alot. And when i peel it off theres alot stain of blood or in most case there's puss. And also i have skin allergies too. Dont know what it is about but i get boils on my elbows. And my hair falls alot. And I've been having this problem from a long time.(very long time). Please if u have any suggestions. Let me know. Thank you

Earlier i was treated for exzema. I dont have dandruff. Is it because of exzema? I will visit the dermatologist soon. This will be my forth different Doctor.

Have you tried any anti - dandruff shampoo for a start? It sounds more complicated than dandruff but it shouldnt harm your current condition. The presence of puss could refer to folliculitis. Start with a common shampoo like head & shoulders to see if it gets any better although i would suggest you to visit a dermatologist.
