Skin peeling on fingers in same spots

Hello,
I am very concerned that I may have just gotten my first outbreak of Exfoliative keratolysis (keratolysis exfoliativa).

Me:
25 years old, in good shape, train 1-5 hours a day in martial arts, not the cleanest eater but i try to do decent.

I am generally healthy, have never had any similar outbreaks on the skin, and nobody in my entire family has ever had Exfoliative keratolysis previously. I do take a bath for 30min-2 hours max very often (idk if relevant) up to 5-7 days a week. It helps my muscle soreness. I am really hoping this is the cause or at least a reason for it, not a lifelong battle with a recurring problem.

Symptoms:
I have skin that is slowly peeling off my fingers. It started on my thumb, pointer and middle fingers on both hands right at the fingernail. Really not peeling on other my other 2 fingers(ea side)
No blisters at that point, just skin started to peel from the fingernail, up at the top of it and up the finger and down the back side. Both hands same fingers. Skin that peels off is soft.

A few days later I did have a "blister" right in the middle of my thumb while I was in the bath. Just looked like a circle of separated skin. It did quickly peel away. Then a day later the other side, happened while i had gloves on for a while during cleaning. Same exact spot just other hand. right in the middle of my thumb where my fingerprint "starts". They all slowly spread and i slowly lose more skin. The condition is seemingly slowing down. Doesnt spread at night much either.

I do not have redness underneath, my skin doesn't get hard or crack. It feels like soft skin on top peeling off and soft fresh skin underneath. I have read a lot of people with callused feeling blisters that form and peel, this isnt the case for me. All the skin has been generally soft.

I also have two very small peeling spots right on my pointer fingers on both sides as well. It seems very weird to me that they are almost identical on both sides.

No peeling of palms or feet.
No hardening of nails.
No hardening of skin, no cracking, bleeding or pain.

Please help!
Thank you!
(I do not have insurance or much money for a doctor)

Ok so when I was a child I had the same problem! My hands peeled continuously! My mom took me to the Dr and he suggested that I was allergic to something. It turns out, I was allergic to the bushes at school. I use to play with them. Well once I stopped my hands started to get better. Now 15 years later, my hands are normal and have been. So first I would suggest thinking about what you have been in contact with since you started getting those symptoms.

I noticed it gets worse in the shower, or during jiu jitsu (training/working out)
They are peeling on the spots that get the most rubbing during steering, training, typing and other activities
