Skin tags that grow back???

About 10 yrs ago I personally removed 3 skin tags by myself. I was 18 yrs old. I took a floss and tied each one.. and yanked the floss when it turned black. Well today 10 years later i noticed all my skin tags grew back... but this time they are black and flat. When i had mine removed it had the same complexion as me and it was narrow. This time its black and flat. It don't hurt. I didn't think skin tags grew back. Should I worry? I'm just hoping it's not cancerous.

Skin tags aren't likely to grow back, but since these are different in appearance, you should absolutely get them checked out. These could be something entirely different from your skin tags.
