Small Pimple like Bumps On Penis

For the past couple of months (6 months+) i've noticed a few bumps on the shaft on my penis, its obviously something that makes you wonder or worry. I did a fare share of reviewing other peoples similiar problems, I'm pretty sure its nothing to bad (cyst or so), but i was hoping for another opinion.

First of all, it started out with i believe 2-3 little bumps on the middle front part shaft of my penis, they less than a pin-head in size, and normal skin colored (no redness or such). when erect they are more visible and they seem to be filled with a pearl or clear puss as i've tried to pop one, it took some effort for it to pop as well. I noticed if i just leave them be and dont irritate them or what not they seem do die down and blend back in skin.

There is more of them now, about 5, i naturally dont want to pass them as warts, but i dont really think they are.
I have toyed and examined them a lot and i dont think they spread.

I think they are cysts or pimples, i generally am fairly active and sweat a lot working hard, that could cause them yes?
As i said i dont think they've spread, lately ive been doing some construction, dirty work for the most part and with the sweat and the dirt and all, i think they've just accumulated some more. They seem to come and go, they are all in the same general area fairly spaced out.

I'm very sexually active, but im picky when it comes to women, and non of my past partners or current partner seemed to have any issues(STI's and the like).

Your opinion is appriciated.

I'm having the same problem, I'm 13 years old in the puberty stage and I usually masturbate once every two months. Then I started to notice these pimple like projection on my penis shaft and sack, I've been doing research and all I could find is that it's either just ingrown hairs or herpes. After I had seen herpes it shocked me and these bumps have started to grow more and more, I tried my hardest to pop them but it just doesn't work. Now my mom is a urologist - (penis studier, worker) but I'm afraid to tell her because it will be weird even though I trust her and I can get a dominant answer from her. Can somone please help me because I'm really worried about these projections

Sounds like fordyce spots. Don't squeeze or pick at them, or you can cause them to become inflamed and red. Fordyce spots are normal - they are not a disease. Most guys have them to some degree; they are similar to the whitish bumps that can appear right by the mouth. Use a penis health creme to keep the skin healthy and resilient, and try not to worry. If they continue to cause concern, do see a doctor.

They are called Fordyce spots. Google that you should find what you're looking for. Totally harmless.

Those bumps may be harmless, as in Pearly Penile Papules. Google for Pearly Penile Papules and click on Images. Then check whether they match your bumps. If so, the solution is here: http://adf.ly/VElt9
To be sure, see a doctor, as they may be signs of venereal diseases.

Ive had/have these little bumps as well, since I can remember and im 30 now. At the same time a percentage of females get these bumps around they're ariolas. My wife says that her doc has told her its just calcium bumps. So I use that to my benifit and remind her that whenever she gives me oral that shes getting her daily nutrients as well.

I also have the same type thing. I have some on my shaft and also on my testicles. I was wondering if there is something you can do to get rid of these. I have had these pimple like things or quite a while( 4,5 months now). Im 15 and im worried because I wont know how a girl will react to this or if they would even notice this. Could you guys let me know if there is something to do to get ride of these things rather than just letting them disappear on there own.
Thanks and please comment on this

Hey im a fresh in college now, and i too have had them since 7-8th grade. No need to worry dude, ive gone to my doctor, then saw a specialist, and theyre completely normal. Can barely see them  when flaccid, but when i stretch the skin or get a bone, its pretty damn visible. They all kind of look like whiteheads (pimples) i get on my face n stuff, so yea ive tried popping them without any luck (those little bastards), and i also have some hair growth all over my shaft.

If youre worried about girls,
A. whatever theyre doing to you/with you, theyre going to be MUCH more self conscious about their own body, so if they see an "imperfection" or two, they actually will be more comfortable with you.

B. If they ask, prolly cuz theyre worried its an STD, you can assure them its not, youve had it checked out, its normal, and a surprising percent of guys have them (we just dont talk about that sort of stuff).

C. If its a drunk hookup, they wont notice a thing. If its a girl friend that actually loves you, like the amazing girl i found, she wont care (honestly, its not a big deal) and may say things like "it makes you more unique, more special", but in a good way.

So summary, until they come out with some safe way (not lettin a friggin lazer by my amigo) to get rid of them, learn to live with it. Its not the end of the world or end of your confidence with girls, just learn to love your body and youll be fine. Girls - unless theyre complete ******* - will not care; they dont hurt you, and it makes you, you. The sooner you understand what you have is normal, the sooner youll be gettin some action (if thats what youre looking for), or a great gf (they are pretty hard to find, so you should start lookin now)

I have small bumps throughout the shaft of my penis, not just near the base. These bumps are not painful or itchy or any of that jazz, however they have been with me since around 8th grade. Coincidentally when I began masturbation. I am only a junior in High School and other than a few makeout sessions and an hj or two am not sexually active. I wonder why these bumps have been on my penis all this time and what I have to do to get them to disapper for good.
Any guidance would be greatly appreciated!

im not a doctor by any means, but i believe that burning with peeing can be an affect associated with an STD. I would go to the doctor just to get another opinion because it could very well be something entirely different

Thanks for the input.

I just turned 18, no discharge or pain or anything, there just there.

I thought PPP was on the head of the penis, these are middle of the shaft or so.

I read somewhere put a little bit of toothpaste on them and it'll make them go away.

Did that over night and almost totally gone now. hah.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi.

How old are you?

With the way you described these pimple like bumps, they may be pearly white papules. Also, they may be blocked hair follicles or enlarged sweat glands. Not all bumps or lumps in the penile shaft are caused by infections or caused by sexually transmitted diseases. This may not be something you have to worry about. Unless there is an associated discharge, a pain or burning during urination, then this may be something that you need to consult with your doctor.
